This role involves working in environments that may often be hot and require standing for extended periods. Employees may need to prepare both hot and cold foods, using necessary kitchen equipment, while maintaining precision under pressure. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and reach across surfaces that are 36 inches high to serve customers is required. Our kitchens are fast-paced, with elevated noise levels and limited storage. Effective communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts are essential for success.
