[job_card.job_description]Full-time, 5-day workweek Most Saturdays required (with a weekday off) Hours : Monday–Friday 9am–7pm, Saturday 9am–4pm Handle incoming calls, online inquiries, and walk-ins Schedule and follow up on customer appointments Build rapport and guide customers through the sales process Promote current offers and customer programs Maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction Log and manage customer data in our system Leverage social media and business development tools to generate leads Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background screening Excellent communication and people skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Customer-focused with a positive attitude Basic computer skills; social media savvy Ability to build rapport quickly Inside / Outside or Commission Sales Retail Sales (cell phones, furniture, appliances, etc.) Call Center / Appointment Setting Business Development Restaurant / Hospitality (server, bartender, etc.) Leadership or management experience
