Nowon delivers a lively Korean American dining experience that blends bold Korean flavors with New York influences. Chef Jae’s signature dishes, including the Legendary Cheeseburger and Chopped Cheese Rice Cakes, have earned wide acclaim. The nostalgic 90s and 2000s hip hop atmosphere creates an unforgettable vibe that matches the food.

We are looking for a team member who is passionate and dedicated to hospitality & service. The following are responsibilities, but not limited to :

• Welcome guests to the restaurant
• Provide wait times and monitor waiting lists
• Manage reservations
• Escort guests to assigned dining or bar areas (hopefully soon!)
• Provide menus
• Greet guests upon their departure
• Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options, protocol, guests notes, allergy notes, etc
• Maintain a clean reception area
• Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
• Answer incoming calls and address guests’ queries
• Assist wait staff as needed
