Boeing Product Security Engineering (PSE) is seeking a Manager (Level K) to join our Risk Management Capability (RMC) and lead product security capabilities in support of Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) onsite in Seattle, WA or Everett, WA . The selected candidate will execute on our vision and share our passion for protecting our commercial airplanes' products and the aviation ecosystem. In this leadership role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team in performing engineering Incident Response and Vulnerability Management (IRVM) across the commercial airplanes' fielded fleet and lead efforts to define and develop security event detection mechanisms for ourselves and our airline customers on current and future airplanes. This position requires good analytical, organizational and communication skills (internal, external, and to various levels of leadership), highly developed problem solving and project management skills, as well as strong leadership abilities.

Primary responsibilities :
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience) :
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
3+ years experience in systems engineering, systems integration, software engineering, electrical engineering, certification, product security, network security and / or cybersecurity
3+ years of experience in leading or managing technical teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience) :
Knowledge in network security or cybersecurity
Knowledge of or experience in Airplane Systems
Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams
Experience in the aerospace industry
Project management experience
Experience working with airline customers, regulators and other stakeholders
5+ years of experience in systems engineering, systems integration, software engineering, electrical engineering, certification, network security and / or cybersecurity

Summary Pay Range
$165,750 - $224,250
