About the Role

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Director of Investment Banking to lead initiatives within our Investment Banking division. In this key role, you will provide expert advice to clients on mergers and acquisitions and craft strategic solutions that resonate with their goals. Your major focus will be business development; you will utilize your networking skills to transform prospects into valuable clients. As the Director, you will oversee and execute transactions, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards. Additionally, you will mentor and guide the execution team, with a strong commitment to achieving tangible revenue outcomes. A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, an MBA, and at least 10 years of experience in investment banking or related corporate finance fields are required. A background in middle-market investment banking is highly preferred. We seek a candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset who is metrics-driven and can effectively lead a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and active pursuit of FINRA Series 63 and 7 or 79 licenses is necessary. The ideal candidate will possess advanced analytical and modeling abilities, exceptional communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure. A dedication to client satisfaction, willingness to travel, and a proactive work ethic are vital for success in this role.
