As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (PET / CT), you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services with compassion, precision, and professionalism. Your expertise allows you to operate complex nuclear medicine equipment with confidence and perform procedures with minimal supervision.

You will be responsible for accurately interpreting and documenting imaging data, maintaining up-to-date medical records, and communicating clearly with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under pressure, and relate to patients of all ages with empathy ensures an exceptional standard of care. Salary Range : $63.22 - $83.39 / hour

Qualifications

• Valid Certifications as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with either the Nuclear Medicine TechnologyBoard (NMTCB)or American Registry of RadiologicTechnologists(ARRT).
• ValidlicensureinNuclearMedicineTechnologybytheDepartment ofHealthServices,Radiologic HealthBranch,StateofCalifornia.
• Working knowledgeoftheabovelistedequipment.
• Reading skillstounderstandpatientrecords,forms,technicalprocedureandpolicymanuals,andotherrelated documentswritteninstandardEnglish.
• Speakingskilltocollectandclearlyconveyinformationtopeopleofvariouseducationalcultural,andeconomicbackgroundsusingtact,diplomacy,correctgrammarandvocabulary.
• Interpersonalskillstoworkaspartofa medicalteambyestablishingandmaintaining cooperativeworkingrelationships withphysicians,medicalstaff,colleagues,co-workers, patients,and thepublic.
• Abilitytosetprioritiestomultipletasks, shiftingdemands,deadlines,andaheavyworkload.
