Regional Director of Referral Marketing
Full-Time | Exempt
Reports to : Chief Growth Officer
Location : Nashville or TX
Travel : ~50%
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, strategic leader to own and elevate referral marketing across a multi-state region. As Regional Director of Referral Marketing, you’ll lead a high-impact field team that builds trusted relationships with dental practices and drives referrals to our network of orthodontists.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of people, data, and growth—coaching teams, strengthening partnerships, and turning insights into action.
What You’ll Do : Lead & Inspire
- Coach, develop, and manage a team of 7+ Relationship Managers
- Build a high-performance, collaborative team culture
- Provide ongoing training, feedback, and professional development
Drive Growth
Develop and execute regional referral and marketing strategies aligned with company goalsSet, track, and exceed referral targets across assigned marketsIdentify market trends and new growth opportunitiesBuild Relationships
Oversee and strengthen referral partnerships with dental practicesSupport your team in building credibility and trust with providersLaunch new initiatives to increase referral satisfaction and loyaltyUse Data to Win

You’re a self-starter who combines analytical thinking with strong people leadership. You’re curious, organized, and energized by building relationships and driving measurable results.
You Bring :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years in a management roleProven success hitting targets and driving revenue growthStrong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skillsData-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategyExperience in healthcare or dental industries (strongly preferred)Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics toolsWillingness to travel within your region (~50%)Valid driver’s licenseWhy Join Us
