Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available for the upcoming school year at a middle school in Zionsville, IN. This contract role focuses on supporting students in a Life Skills classroom, providing tailored instruction to meet diverse learning needs and promote student growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
• Deliver differentiated instruction aligned with district curriculum standards in a Life Skills classroom setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including parents, counselors, and support staff to foster student development
• Monitor student progress regularly and adjust teaching methods to address evolving needs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with educational regulations
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
