A company is looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner (Tech) to provide strategic HR support to technical organizations.
Key Responsibilities :
Align people strategy and workforce plans with technical and company goals while serving as the lead HRBP to senior leaders
Coach technical leaders on people leadership, team effectiveness, and employee relations best practices
Utilize data insights to identify trends and drive targeted action plans for organizational health and team performance
Required Qualifications :
BA / BS degree or equivalent related experience
8+ years of experience in HR roles, particularly supporting technical organizations
3+ years of experience directly supporting senior executives (VP+)
Demonstrated experience in employee relations and navigating sensitive matters
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and influence decisions
