Position : Warehouse Coordinator

Shifts Available : 3PM- 12 AM or 11 PM - 8 : 00 PM (must be open to working weekends and overtime)

Pay Rate : $19.00 / HR

Benefits : Medical, Dental, AD&D, Vacation, Flex, Holiday, Telemedicine.

Requirements : Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Your Role : As an Onsite Coordinator, you will be the key to ensuring efficient warehouse operations and a safe workplace. You will maintain open communication with client management, supervise employees, and deliver seamless customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee attendance and punctuality of employees
• Lead and manage warehouse team with professionalism
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Handle workers' compensation and injury events
• Conduct safety meetings and safety walks
• Certify employees on Material Handling Equipment
• Manage timekeeping for employee hours
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Issue disciplinary actions when necessary
• Keep the employee database updated
• Undertake additional tasks as directed
