Recruiter for Construction Management

A company is looking for an HR Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively source, screen, and engage candidates for senior-level roles, focusing on construction management expertise

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of construction experts for data center projects across the Americas

Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job specifications and manage the end-to-end recruitment process

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a recruiter for high-level technical or construction roles

Strong understanding of complex construction management and project lifecycle

Familiarity with recruiting in the Americas and knowledge of regional talent pools

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
