In this role, you’ll help build, test, and package some of the most advanced trolling motors and accessories in the industry. Whether you love working with your hands, solving mechanical challenges, or taking pride in craftsmanship and precision, this opportunity is perfect for you!

What You'll Do:

? Assemble high-quality trolling motors – from sub-assemblies to main builds
? Test final products to ensure top-tier performance
? Build and test remotes & foot buttons for seamless operation
? Use pneumatic tools and other industry-standard equipment
? Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
? Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals

Requirements:

Work Schedule & Environment:

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (One-hour lunch break)

Work Setting: Warehouse/production environment with moderate to loud noise levels (forklifts, tools, etc.)

Physical Requirements: ? Ability to stand, walk, and work with your hands for extended periods ? Lift and move up to 50 lbs ? Work near moving mechanical parts and exposure to industrial chemicals (safety measures in place) ? Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities
