Quality Analyst

A company is looking for a Quality Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and technical specifications

Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for system enhancements

Execute manual and automated tests, identify defects, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing, preferably with complex system integrations

Experience testing Salesforce customizations and EMR systems is highly desirable

Healthcare industry experience preferred, especially with provider and payer organizations

Familiarity with test automation tools and scripting languages is a plus
