Benefits And Leave Coordinator
HR Works is currently hiring for a Benefits and Leave Coordinator. A typical full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, 12 : 00 PM to 9 : 00 PM ET. This position can be performed remotely, and we are considering both full-time and part-time candidates. Compensation range : $28.00-$32.00 per hour.
Job Summary : The Benefits and Leave Coordinator is responsible for providing benefits and leave administration services for designated clients, in partnership with the assigned Benefits and Leave Administrator. This includes responding to incoming client employee inquiries regarding benefits and leave, such as disability, FMLA, paid family leave, COBRA, benefits eligibility, claim status, etc. Duties involve answering general employee questions through phone or email and independently completing benefits and leave administration paperwork, such as generating and sending leave packages, completing employer paperwork, following up on claim status.
