Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a K-12 school located in West Chester, PA. This role involves working with an elementary caseload and requires onsite presence Monday through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week. The position is a contract role with a start date as soon as possible and concludes in June 2026.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among elementary-aged students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and track student progress
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students learning and communication development
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and federal regulations
  • Provide direct speech therapy services within the school setting

Qualifications :

  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Eligibility for or completion of Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within school environments
  • Strong knowledge of speech-language developmental milestones and pediatric communication disorders
  • Ability to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining a collaborative approach with school staff and families

    • Location and Schedule :

  • Full-Time, Monday through Friday
  • 37.5 hours per week, onsite only
  • Based in West Chester, Pennsylvania
