Job Title : Immediate Hire : Low Voltage Tech

Job Description

Responsible for the installation and maintenance of systems including Voice and Data, Fiber Optics, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), Security, Access Control, Wireless Systems, and Nurse Call.

Responsibilities

• Install low-voltage cabling such as voice, data, security, paging, nurse-call systems, fiber optics, etc.
• Cross connect cable and perform fiber splicing and termination.
• Terminate cable according to color codes and test for polarity and connectivity.
• Set up computer rooms and organize racks and patch panels.
• Process paperwork accurately, neatly, and timely.
• Maintain compliance with company and OSHA safety standards.
• Install pathways and cabling, analyzing blueprints effectively for job site knowledge.
• Analyze upcoming tasks and anticipate equipment, procedures, and training needs.
• Demonstrate the ability to complete an overall job layout for projects of limited scope and size.
• Opportunity to lead small crews and enforce a safe jobsite.
• Install and terminate peripheral devices.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00 / hr.
