Advanced Thin Films (ATF) manufactures optical, optomechanical, and electromechanical components and assemblies. This position will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of electronic hardware, firmware, and software used in testing and manufacturing of ATF's diverse product offerings. This is a hands-on role and requires focus and ability to prioritize competing tasks in support of production. The right candidate will have a clear desire to succeed and be effective working in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will be excited to lead electronics engineering support for our facility and customers. On a personal level, the candidate will exhibit the highest standards of integrity, deliver upon all commitments, serve all teams with a servant leadership mindset and be a highly motivated, team player with a positive attitude.

Total rewards for this position range from $83,800.00 to $125,800.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for a performance based bonus plan.
