Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.

Provide accurate repair estimates and explain recommended services.
β
Act as a liaison between customers and service technicians.
β
Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicle repairs.
β
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
β
Promote and upsell additional maintenance and service options.
β
Process repair orders and maintain service records.
Qualifications:
β Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or repair shop preferred.
β Strong customer service and communication skills.
β Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services.
β Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
β Proficiency in dealership management software (DMS) preferred.
β Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
