Honor GMC is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent customer service skills, and are passionate about the automotive industry, we want to hear from you!
✅ Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
✅ Provide accurate repair estimates and explain recommended services.
✅ Act as a liaison between customers and service technicians.
✅ Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicle repairs.
✅ Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
✅ Promote and upsell additional maintenance and service options.
✅ Process repair orders and maintain service records.
✔ Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or repair shop preferred.
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills.
✔ Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services.
✔ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Proficiency in dealership management software (DMS) preferred.
✔ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
