Join our team as a Concurrent Coder in the Coding Department and play a key role in ensuring real-time accuracy and compliance in inpatient documentation and coding. This position works closely with the CDI team to enhance documentation quality, support accurate DRG assignment, and promote timely revenue cycle operations.

What You'll Do :

• Review inpatient records in real time to validate ICD-10-CM / PCS code assignment and DRG accuracy
• Identify and communicate documentation gaps or inconsistencies to the CDI team
• Assist in formulating compliant provider queries based on clinical indicators and coding guidelines
