Payroll Accounting Analyst - The Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood, Curio Collection by Hilton

The Diplomat Beach Resort is looking for their next Payroll Accounting Analyst. This iconic beachfront hotel offers 1,000 guest rooms and boasts 209,000 square feet of versatile meeting space. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a hotel accounting environment and be well-versed in multiple areas of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and audit. This role requires flexibility to support various accounting functions as needed. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, the ability to multitask, and the capacity to perform under pressure, tight timelines, and deadlines are essential.

Shift Pattern : Office hours are 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM; however, flexibility is required to accommodate extended hours and varying tasks and projects including weekends.

Pay Rate : $21.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

Processes hours and payroll for hotel team members. Reviews accuracy of payroll and deductions and reports all discrepancies to supervisor. Prepares payroll reports, conducts annual record retention procedures, assists in processing quarterly, year-end closings (Disability, W-2's). Processes tips and gratuities.
