Big Auto Accident Attorneys is seeking a Legal Intake Specialist to join their team in Phoenix, AZ, to work nights and/or weekends. The main responsibility of this role is to evaluate incoming inquiries from potential clients to ascertain their suitability for representation by Big Auto Accident Attorneys.
Additionally, the Legal Intake Specialist will reply to text messages, return phone calls, and follow up with prospective clients. You will be on the front lines when potential clients call in need of help. We are looking for a candidate with strong customer service skills, prior personal injury experience (we will train the right person), the ability to explain legal services in a condensed, simple way and be empathetic all the time.
In this role, there will be a heavy amount of phone contact with potential clients. The majority of the communication is done by phone or through Lead Docket CRM.
Compensation:$50,000 - $70,000
