As a New Hire Trainer at Russell Cellular, you will play a crucial role in preparing our field team members to succeed in their interactions with customers by facilitating webinars daily and developing new training content. Your focus will be on training new hires to equip them with the necessary skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel in their roles and achieve their professional goals in selling Verizon products / services.

New Hire Trainer Primary Responsibilities :

• Host and facilitate webinar training to all Field New Hires Onboarded.
• Host and facilitate training webinars for company initiatives, updates and individual / district training opportunities.
• Create facilitation aids (PowerPoints, mentimeters, polls, quizzesetc), and training programs with training team.
• Maintain knowledge of updates to Russell Cellular and Verizon policy, procedures, systems, promotions.
