Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Air Cargo / LCL Sales and Dispatch professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing sales volume for our air freight and Less than Container Load (LCL) services, and efficiently managing dispatch operations. This role requires strong sales skills, customer service expertise, and a deep understanding of the logistics and shipping industry.

Responsibilities :

• Sales : Generate new business by identifying potential clients and promoting our air freight and LCL services to them. Ensure sales targets are consistently met and aim to exceed them.
• Client Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
• Quoting : Generate accurate and competitive quotes for clients using Amerijet's portal and our internal CargoWise system. Ensure quotes are provided in a timely manner.
• Dispatch : Oversee dispatch operations to ensure efficient and accurate processing of air cargo and LCL shipments. Communicate with the Operations department to ensure seamless handover of confirmed bookings.
• System Management : Learn and efficiently use Amerijet's portal and CargoWise One for quote generation, booking confirmations, and shipment operations. Ensure data is accurately entered and maintained in these systems.
• Industry Awareness : Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and changes in regulations affecting air cargo and LCL shipping.
• Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, targets, and customer feedback to management.
