What You Will Be Doing :
Conduct thorough assessments during patient admissions and throughout each shift to monitor and respond to changes in patient conditions.Perform nursing procedures and document care provided in patient medical records with accuracy and timeliness.Deliver exceptional patient care by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that support patient recovery.Act as a liaison between healthcare providers and community support systems, ensuring continuity of care.What Qualifications You Need :
