We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair, ensuring that vehicles are handled with care and professionalism. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles, assisting stranded motorists, and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely to designated locations.

Perform vehicle load and unload procedures efficiently.

Conduct basic automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle conditions before towing.

Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform minor repairs or adjustments on-site when necessary.

Manage conflicts with customers calmly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of services rendered and vehicle conditions.

Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws while driving.

Ensure the tow truck is kept clean and well-maintained at all times.

Experience

Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with a tow truck or similar vehicle.

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic automotive repairs.

Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus.

Experience in conflict management to handle customer interactions effectively.
