A company is looking for a Senior Advisor, Transmission & Distribution Operational Planning & Cost Performance.
Key Responsibilities
Define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics aligned with strategic goals
Lead the gathering and reporting of company performance metrics and provide insights for performance adaptation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for efficiency and cost savings
Required Qualifications
Ten or more years of experience in performance data analysis / reporting
Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred
Seven or more years of experience in the Electric Utility industry
Proficiency in data collection, transformation, and analysis using internal reporting systems and Business Intelligence tools
Experience mentoring and guiding staff to foster professional growth
