General Function :

Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service. Delivers product to customers. Responsible for vehicle cleanliness, inside and out.

Accountable and Reports to : District Store Director; Store Manager; Assistant Managers of Store Operations, Perishables, and Health Wellness Home; Service Managers; Pharmacy Department Manager

Working Conditions :

This position is continually exposed to dust, noise, temperature extremes, dampness, vibrations, and equipment movement hazard. There is significant work pace / pressure to deliver product in a timely manner.

Delivery vehicle, telephone

Special Requirements :

Employees must possess a valid driver's license, with no DOT restrictions, and be 18 years or older to drive a company vehicle

Contacts :

Has daily contact with pharmacy operations support staff and customers. Has occasional contact with general public, and suppliers / vendors, community or trade / professional organizations and federal / state governmental or regulatory agencies.

Maintains the confidentiality of the customer's private medical information according to the HIPAA act.
