The Wolf's Tailor of Id Est Hospitality Group is hiring servers!

The Wolf's Tailor thrives on intention and strategy. We aim to build and improve local food systems through our focus on local and regional ingredient procurement. We embrace and embody ideals of zero waste and kaizen, and continuously strive to provide paramount hospitality to our guests.

Highlights of TWT Culinary & Bar Program :

Seasonality of ingredients for our menus. Working with local farmers to create a cohesive bar menu to support and highlight local producers.

Fermentation-driven N / A and Mixed Beverage program. Working closely with the culinary team to create a cohesive menu for our guests.

Responsibilities of Servers :

• Create memorable experiences by providing paramount hospitality to guests
• Execute proper steps of service in accordance with service guidelines
• Demonstrate food, beverage, and wine-related knowledge while communicating with guests
• Work well in a team-focused environment
• Possess a collaborative spirit to work in alignment with our chefs, fermenters, and bar professionals
• Manage guest expectations and feedback
• Posses ability to pivot and showcase quick decision making skills
