    • Your Role & Responsibilities :

    As a Clinical Therapist at Circle of Wellness, you will :

  • Provide individual, couples, and / or family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each clients needs.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation using our EHR system.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care.
  • Offer crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapy when needed.
  • Engage in professional development and team consultations.
  • Uphold ethical standards and promote a safe, supportive, and healing environment.

    • Who Were Looking For :

  • Licensed Clinicians in Virginia : LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD.
  • At least 3 years of direct clinical experience in outpatient, inpatient, or community mental health settings.
  • Expertise in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, PTSD, and family systems.
  • Experience working with children & adolescents is strongly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, independent professionals who thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention, mandated reporting, and trauma-informed care.
