We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior ERP Report Writer for our Oracle Fusion Cloud system client. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the client's team, responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing our ERP reports. This role is critical to ensuring the ERP system delivers accurate, timely, and actionable data to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and maintain ERP reports using Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices.

2. Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, translate them into technical requirements, and develop custom reports accordingly.

3. Provide technical expertise in ERP implementation, focusing on reporting and data extraction.

4. Optimize existing reports and develop new ones using FRS, BIP, and OTBI.

5. Conduct regular audits of reports to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ERP reporting.

7. Provide training and support to end-users on how to use the reports effectively.

8. Keep abreast of the latest developments in Oracle Fusion Cloud and ERP reporting and recommend improvements to existing processes.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP reporting, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud.

3. Solid experience in ERP implementation, particularly in the Healthcare industry.

4. Proficiency in FRS, BIP, and OTBI.

5. Strong understanding of ERP systems, database structures, and reporting tools.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex reporting issues.

7. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.

8. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

9. Strong team player, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams across different departments.

10. Continual learner, with the ability to keep up-to-date with the latest developments in Oracle Fusion Cloud and ERP reporting.
