We're Hiring - Sales Professional | Delray Beach!

Leaders Furniture is urgently seeking a driven, focused Sales Professional to join our vibrant team at 2975 S Federal Hwy, Delray Beach, FL 33483. If you're ready to help customers transform their patios and commercial spaces and want to be part of a company that s shaped Florida living for over 50 years this is your moment.

What We Offer

  • Training & Growth : 14-week onboarding, quarterly training, and ongoing development to fuel your success.
  • Compensation : Paid training, hourly base commission on sales, delivery, and protection plans. ($55K -$65K annual)
  • Schedule : 40-hour workweek | M S 10 7, Sun 10 6 | Generous PTO with no blackout dates.
  • Culture : Supportive, low-pressure, and team-driven environment where your wins are celebrated.

    • What You Bring :

  • Weekend and holiday availability (we re closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter)
  • Ability to lift 20 25 lbs and travel to Largo for training
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude
  • Comfort with POS systems and a passion for helping customers find the perfect fit
