Nuestra cartera incluye clientes de alto perfil en festivales, tiendas minoristas, almacenes e instalaciones corporativas. Oficial de seguridad desarmado

Ubicación :

Tarifa por hora : $18 per hour

Horario / Turnos : Por determinar

Múltiples descansos remunerados, comidas y refrigerios proporcionados.

EXPECTATIVAS DE LA GUARDIA UNIFORMADA - 2025

  • Finalidad de nuestros guardias : Disuasión visible (Vestidos profesionalmente con uniforme)
  • Personalidad comprometida / profesional : disfruta trabajando con personas / clientes.
  • Brindando un servicio al cliente EXCELENTE
  • Vestir de forma profesional, mantener una buena higiene y estar bien arreglados.
  • ACTIVOS y VISIBLES en nuestras tiendas. Pasan la mayor parte del tiempo en la zona de acceso a nuestras tiendas : entradas / salidas.
  • Llega a tiempo / se reporta con la gerencia – listo para comenzar.

Lo que queremos que hagas :

  • Saludar a TODOS los clientes – “ Bienvenidos / Gracias por comprar en...
  • Manténgase alerta, observe e informe sobre cualquier actividad sospechosa; participe y ofrezca asistencia (de nuevo, con una presencia muy visible).
  • Comunícate con claridad.
  • Acompañar a los empleados hasta su coche, si así se solicita.
  • Respete todas nuestras políticas, por ejemplo : recibos / descansos, uso de teléfonos celulares, política contra el hurto en tiendas, prohibición de armas, etc.
  • Reduzca la tensión en las situaciones / Trate a todos con cortesía, dignidad y respeto.

    • Lo que NO queremos que hagas :

  • Realizar controles de hurto en tiendas (nunca) – Nunca pida un recibo.
  • Nunca salga de la tienda para perseguir o enfrentarse a un ladrón.
  • Nunca acuses ni confrontes a nadie por hurto en tiendas (ni lo sigas ni lo filtres).
  • Nunca utilizan teléfonos móviles ni auriculares como distracción de sus órdenes postales.
  • Jamás sugiéramos a nuestros clientes que terminen sus compras a la hora de cierre.
  • Prohibidas las armas de cualquier tipo (pistolas, cuchillos, gas pimienta, pistolas eléctricas, etc.).
  • Llega tarde o abandona el puesto.
