Quality Engineer

Location : Santa Rosa, Ca | Schedule : Monday–Friday | Salary : $75K–$85K

Overview

We’re seeking a Quality Engineer to support our Quality Management System and drive improvements in manufacturing, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role partners with production, suppliers, and customers to ensure high-quality products and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead new product launches (MSA, FMEA, control plans, validations).

Develop inspection methods, statistical analysis, and SPC monitoring.

Support production with troubleshooting, training, and process improvements.

Manage corrective / preventive actions (CAPA), NCRs, and continuous improvement projects.

Prepare documentation and support audits (ISO 13485, FDA).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.

Experience with SPC, validation (IQ, OQ, PQ), DOE, and metrology tools.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Minitab, SolidWorks, and CMM programming a plus.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Background in injection molding or medical devices preferred.
