Role : .NET Lead Developer

• 10+ years of Experience in Development .NET Web Applications, tech stack including , C#, Core .NET, Web API, Angular, SQL Server
• 2+ years Lead Developer experience in effort estimation and technical guidance to team members
• Experience in Agile, especially in SAFe agile framework is preferred.
• Experience in Measuring, Tracking and Reporting Daily, Weekly status in Agile.
• Experience in Production Issues Root Cause Analysis and Performing Preventive Actions.
• Proficiency in understanding the Application Architecture.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to provide creative solutions, leveraging latest technologies wherever is possible.
• Strong customer communication, especially while in handling production issues and engage required stakeholders for resolution.
• Responsible for Application Development in Agile leveraging SAFe agile framework.
• Manage estimation, planning and tracking of User Stories development & completion as required.
