We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in Downtown Los Angeles. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who wants to grow in a fast-paced and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain accounting records in the system
• Assist with data entry for invoices, payments, and expenses
• Support basic AP and AR tasks
• Help organize and maintain accounting files and documentation
• Assist with simple account reconciliations
• Support the accounting team with general administrative and accounting tasks

Qualifications:

• Academic background in Accounting
• 13 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and basic accounting systems
• Ability to work on-site in Downtown Los Angeles

$25 - $30 an hour
