Lancesoft is seeking an experienced Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse for an exciting Travel Nursing job in Worcester, MA. Shift : 3x12 hr nights Start Date : 01 / 06 / 2026 Duration : 13 weeks Pay : $2837 / Week

NICU RN assignment caring for critically ill neonates across Level III & IV settings. Manages complex neonatal conditions including RDS, TTN, prematurity complications, hyperbilirubinemia, sepsis workups, feeding intolerance, and post-op care (TEF / EA, gastroschisis, omphalocele). Requires strong ventilator skills (HFNC, CPAP, HFOV, JET), IV / central line management, UAC / UVC, neonatal meds, and developmental, family-centered care. EPIC required.

MA RN license (active or conditional)

Minimum 2 years Level III / IV NICU experience

Epic experience required

NRP, BLS
