ROLE

We need an experienced Program Manager at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The SEC is modernizing its Electronic Data Gathering Analysis and Retrieval (EDGAR) system by developing a secure cloud-based filing system and intelligent disclosure platform called this role you will serve as the direct liaison to the SECs Contracting Officer responsible for supervision and management of all contractor personnel technical assistance interface and compliance with instructions from the SECs COR(s). RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the direct liaison to the SECs Contracting Officer and primary point of contact for all contractor communications
• Supervise and manage all contractor personnel technical assistance and interface activities
• Ensure compliance with all instructions and direction from the SECs Contracting Officers Representative(s)
• Anticipate staffing needs and plan to ramp-up / down to meet program goals
• Support program objectives for modernization working as an advisor to government staff to select the most feasible technologies
• Devise modernization roadmap and direct staff in prototyping and delivery
• Learn and implement SEC processes including change management security and cloud standards to meet program delivery and schedule requirements
• Work with stakeholders to anticipate and prioritize changes to objectives and requirements
• Communicate changes to cost estimates and schedules in advance of any program impacts
