The Opportunity : This isnt your typical number-crunching role. As our Analyst / Senior Analyst Asset Management, youll be the financial pulse of our real estate operations, translating complex data into actionable intelligence that guides our C-suite and equity partners. Youll own the analytical narrative behind our fund and community performance, becoming the go-to expert who bridges operational realities with financial strategy.

What You'll Do :

Asset Intelligence (Your Analytical Playground)

• Lead high-impact P&L discussions with field teams, extracting critical boots on the ground insights that numbers alone cant reveal
• Dissect budget vs. actual variances and operational trends, transforming data into compelling performance narratives for individual communities
• Become the trusted advisor who connects the dots between field operations, accounting data, and executive decision-making
