Performing procedures and monitoring patient conditions as ordered, ensuring careful and accurate documentation. Responding quickly to patient needs and proactively managing their care experience. Educating patients and families on medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and aftercare, fostering clear understanding. RN licensure required. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment. Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or an RN Diploma.
