Job Title : Incoming Quality Technician II Date : Employee Name : Manager Name : Department : IQA Manager's Title : Production Quality Supervisor

2. Summary of Role : The operator ensures that both incoming WIP quality meet client's QMS standards. Will read and interpret prints and use this information to assess the work of Incoming Quality Technician 1's.

3. Key Responsibilities / Duties :

Compliance with the Quality Management System and Environmental, Health & Safety requirements including being responsible for quality of work, good documentation practices / recordkeeping, good manufacturing practices (GMP) and safety.

Set up and execute CMM programs

Measure components and subassemblies

Experience using the following measurements instrumets o Caliper o Profilometer o Height Gauge o Micrometer o GO / NOGO gauges o CMM o Optical Comparator

Filing / scanning of inspection records following Record Retention Policy

Basic housekeeping 6S as required

Continuous self-improvement with regards to QMS

Read and interpret drawings

Support work of coworkers with measurement and analysis

Calibration of hand tools and equipment

Other tasks and duties as assigned

GD&T experience

CMM programming experience

Clear understanding of English language

Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with Mitutoyo and Solidworks preferred
