A company is looking for a Salesforce CRM Technical Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions and support end-to-end Sales Cloud processes
Implement and support bi-directional integration between Salesforce and enterprise systems, troubleshooting integration issues as needed
Manage Salesforce administration activities, ensuring security compliance and monitoring system health
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud in a technical or techno-functional role
Strong technical expertise in Salesforce configuration, administration, Apex, SOQL, Flows, and Lightning Web Components
Proven experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations using APIs and middleware platforms
Solid experience with data migration, data quality management, and system integrations
Strong understanding of CRM architecture and Sales Cloud data model
