Director, Family Office Solutions

We are open to filling this position in our Houston, TX or Miami, FL location.

Manages a client base comprised of existing, and prospective ultra-high net worth (UHNW) clients. Oversees the retention and growth of assigned client group, through a defined, structured, consistent service and sales model. Provides advice-driven solutions that solidify current relationships, while exploring and capturing additional opportunities.

• Cultivates and manages deep, long-term relationships with UHNW clients, acting as their trusted advisor and navigating the clients' complex financial needs.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's unique family dynamics, financial goals and philanthropic aspirations through deep assessment and recapping annually with a client letter.
• Ensures development and implementation of customized wealth management strategies for UHNW clients.
• Develops tailored meeting agendas with proactive, targeted advice and a relationship timeline to fulfill client goals in the short, medium, and long term.
• Reviews individual account relationships to determine the banking and investment needs of clients; anticipates and creates opportunities for enhancing the client relationships.
• Places emphasis on relationship building and participates in development of new and integrated solutions to client needs. Brings in experts when appropriate and close the sales. Ensures smooth delivery of new communicates emerging needs.
• Structures and negotiates complex loans within the authorized lending limits and ensures credit quality.
• Provides financial services to clients, including wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, asset management, budgeting, insurance, charitable giving, wealth transfer, and tax services.
• Builds relationships with internal and external partners and centers of excellence.
• Incorporates digital solutions and capabilities to enhance the client experience.
