Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. Your visible presence, strong communication skills, and commitment to customer service will support a positive experience for everyone on site. Pay Rate : $16.22 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day

Wed 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

Sat 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
  • Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
  • Observe and report any irregularities, including property damage, equipment malfunctions, or unauthorized persons on site.
  • Communicate with site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters and incidents.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by site procedures.
  • Assist with emergency response activities in accordance with site-specific protocols.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
