The Trevonne Underwood Agency is currently seeking a licensed Insurance Sales Producer to work in the Las Colinas / Irving area. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys prospecting, closing business, and being rewarded for performance.

This is a sales-focused position with clear expectations, strong support, and income growth tied directly to results.

  • Base salary plus uncapped commissions

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and agency-provided leads
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through quoting, presenting coverage options, and closing
  • Meet or exceed monthly new business production goals
  • Present insurance solutions tailored to client needs, risk exposures, and long-term goals
  • Maintain compliance with underwriting, rating, and regulatory requirements
  • Build referral relationships to support consistent pipeline growth

    • Requirements

  • Must be actively licensed in Texas for Property & Casualty
  • Prior insurance sales experience preferred
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and performance accountability
  • Strong communication and consultative sales skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Willing and able to work in the Las Colinas / Irving area
