Job Description :
We are seeking a Service Support Specialist to join a company specializing in outdoor power equipment in Evansville, IN. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The Service Support Specialist will be the primary point of contact between dealers and the manufacturer for all service and warranty-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Schedule : Full-time, Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical service and warranty support to dealers via phone, email, or in person
- Perform occasional service updates on products
- Understand and resolve product and service challenges, providing the best solution to the customer
- Review warranty claims and assist dealers with any rejected claims
- Assist with service training for dealers and internal staff
