Capturing simple photo and video moments (steady clips, clean shots, meaningful moments — not cinematic edits) Supporting clients at check-in, pick-up, and by phone (warm, helpful communication) Light admin tasks (organizing footage, writing short captions, uploading posts, keeping things tidy) Helping maintain a calm, safe play environment (assisting with transitions, stepping into playrooms for clips, supporting wranglers as needed) If you love staying busy, being helpful, and ending the day knowing you completed real work that matters to families — you’ll love this job. ⭐ Compensation Effort and consistency are directly rewarded. Most team members earn the equivalent of $25–$28 per hour when they complete their simple daily benchmarks.
