Job Description

The APM is responsible for :

• Assisting with day-to-day project activities
• PE tasks when needed
• Maximizing project efficiency and profitability
• Performing duties as directed by Senior Management, Project Executive and / or Project Manager
• Assisting and developing working relationships with team, owner, subcontractors, and vendors
• Managing and coordinating submittal / procurement & RFI processes
• Coordinating all Document controls and drawing markups, in accordance with the company SOP
• Implementing and overseeing the field staffs tracking
• Coordinating Procore reporting
• Assisting and coordinating with project closeout
• Other duties as assigned
