Our client, a global Fortune company has an opportunity for an EHS Manager at their location in the Indianapolis area

Full relocation will be provided.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the EHS Manager will

  • work onsite at the plant managing the plant Environment, Health and Safety programs
  • lead a team of employees who support our EHS programs and deliver programs to train managers and employees in work site safety and environmental practices
  • lead the development of their facility wide EHS culture through technical support, program development, and partnerships.

Major company benefits are included as well as a K with a % match to 6% and then the company will contribute an additional 3%. There is a 15% bonus potential and hours of PTO (monthly accrual that can be used ahead). Relocation nationally is also associated with this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years industrial safety experience
  • 3 Years of EHS management experience
  • Understanding of and ability to interpret OSHA, EPA, DOT, federal and state regulations.
  • Experience performing risk assessments and audits.
  • Food process manufacturing experience a plus
