In this role, you will be the frontline representative of our company, engaging directly with our customers via phone and providing them with exceptional service. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience with each interaction. Salary Range : $17.50 - $27.00 hourly Location : Akron, OH

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right methods / tools.
• Identify customer needs and assist them in finding appropriate solutions.
• Document call information according to standard operating procedures.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Engage in active listening to ensure understanding and effective problem solving.
