• 12 hour AM and PM shifts and 24 hour shifts
• 1-3 deliveries on weeknights and 3-5 on weekends
• Must remain on premise for entire shift
• Deliveries and C-sections required
• Hospital setting
• 3-7 patients with postpartum rounding, triage and ED coverage
• 2,000 deliveries per year
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
